How do I book tickets?
You can book your tickets online here or if you do not wish to book in advance, you can pay at the door on the day.
If you prefer to drop in rather than book ahead, then please check our opening hours on the website; times alter at various times of the year. We always recommend an email if your group is greater than six: info@yeatssociety.com
How much are tickets to the Poetic Mind of WB Yeats Exhibition?
Tickets are available at €5 (Adults), €16 (2 Adults, 2 children over 12), €8 (with talk), €10 (with talk and library visit).
Entry for children under 12 is free of charge.

Can you arrange Tours?
Yes. We can help arrange a variety of guided tours for individuals or groups, with our experienced guides.
What areas do the tours cover?
We offer a Yeats Town Tour, which tells the story of Sligo through the eyes of the Yeats family. We can arrange tours in the Yeats landscape for 1, 3 or 5 hours, either by car or bus.
We can arrange to rent a car or bus for a group or the guide can travel with your group.
How long are the tours?
We can arrange tours in the Yeats landscape for 1, 3 or 5 hours, either by car or bus. Two-day tours can also be arranged.
How many people can your tours accommodate?
We can cater for up to 40 people and are happy to create bespoke tours for groups if required.

Do you have Open Calls?
The Hyde Bridge Gallery runs an open call each year in autumn. Information is available here.
How do I apply?
Artists must apply in the time-frame of the open call to be considered for an exhibition in the following year.
How are artists selected?
The decision is made by the Gallery Committee, all of whom are artists.
Do artists pay a fee?
A fee is payable for the rental of the Gallery, reducing our commission to 10%.
The fee will be confirmed when an exhibition offer is made.
When is Hyde Bridge Gallery open?
Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 3pm, March to December.
Entry is free of charge.
When are rooms available to hire?
Several rooms in the Yeats Building are available to hire year round.
Do you have a Wedding Licence?
Yes. We have a wedding licence and the room is suitable for up to 65 guests. Catering can be arranged if required.

Fees are quoted for each individual event.
If you are a member of Yeats Society Sligo, the fee will be reduced by 10%.
What kind of event can I hold at the venue?
We cater for a number of events and classes including: meetings, book launches, readings, dance classes, language classes. Please email us at info@yeatssociety.com for further details.
Am I eligible to attend?
Yes, everybody is welcome to apply for a place and there is no upper age limit.
Lectures and seminars are stimulating and delivered by world-class academics who aim to enrich students’ broader literary understanding. It is a rich cultural experience, rooted in a county of extraordinary beauty.

How much will it cost me to attend?
Total Tuition fee 2024: €700 for tuition and all cultural events run by the School (does not include accommodation).
Events can also be booked on an individual basis.

What about Scholarships?
The Yeats Society has had a long standing tradition of supporting students in the study of Yeats. Each year the society provides a number of applicants with financial scholarships. Read more.
What seminars should I attend?
The list of seminars will be posted on the web-site, closer to the time of the School.
We try to accommodate everyone according to choice, but where necessary, places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Seminars are available only to students attending the full Summer School.
Do I pay extra for the Seminars?
No, the charges are included in the tuition fees.
